The story of the Everett and Monte Cristo railroad line, originally built to provide access to Monte Cristo, the site of Washington State's brief gold rush, and later used to haul mountain timber and transport passengers. A combination of natural disasters, economic woes, financial shenanigans, and the coming of the automobile resulted in its natural demise. A little minor bumping to edges, faint scar to cloth on front board, else fine in dust wrapper and protective mylar.
