Part I chronicles tools and techniques of the early logging industry prior to the advent of the steam engine. Part II covers the geography of forest railroads, divided into eight regions encompassing American forests from New England and Eastern Canada to Western Canada and Alaska. A little minor rubbing to extreme edges of boards, very good plus in very good modestly rubbed and spine faded dust wrapper and protective mylar.
