The book describes Heston's journey as he explores the origins of each dish, engaging with artisans, food producers, chefs and customers, all on the hunt for their own ideal of perfection. TV chef Heston is founder of the Fat Duck Restaurant in Bray, England, recognized as "Best Restaurant in the World" in 2005.
