Comalcalco Tabasco Mexico: An Architectonic Survey of a Maya Ceremonial Center

Eugene, Oregon: University of Oregon, 1967.
Hardcover. Summer Field Research Project.  During the summer of 1966, a team of archaeologists and architects from the University of Oregon under the leadership of Mayan Architectural specialist George F. Andrews carried out an extensive mapping project at the Mayan site of Comalcalco in the state of Tabasco, Mexico. The first section addresses the site as a whole and describes the procedures used and challenges met in depicting the cultural features of the site. The second section describes the architectural remains associated with the main ceremonial complexes. Both are supplementary to the maps and architectural drawings which were the main object of the study. Item #900042
