Square of toning verso last blank (possibly from newspaper clipping), clean, tight, square, very good in bright dust wrapper with a few edge-tears and rubbing to rear panel, in protective mylar. Invoice for this book to previous owner dated 1968 from John Howell Books in San Francisco with a handwritten note from Ron Randall laid in.
